Waste management consists of serveral services, like waste prevention, logistical projects and supporting industries. We advise or temporarily manage waste for governments or waste collection companies. Next to that, we advise companies on waste separation devices and incinerators and power plants on which RDF/SRF to use.
24/7 calamities service
In The Netherlands we are available 24/7 in cooperation with our strategic partners when there is a calamity like water or soil pollution, asbestos fires or electrical damage. We only work with certified employees and government recognized end processors.
Asbestos removal
Our team of specialized employees is constantly looking for the most environmentally responsible approach in order to not impose any more risk during the removal process. To do so, we always compose a plan of action on location.
We also look for the most economic solution, so our clients are ensured of a market price. Next to that our approach and execution is always legally approved.
Soil pollution analysis
Soil pollution is still a current issue, now that PHAS introduced a lot more legislation and regulation.
We can help from start to end with soil drilling, placing of monitoring wells and soil analysis to excavating, transporting and processing. From the start of our consulting to daily controlling with VCA supervisors. We have a network of strategic partners that are always certified, in The Netherlands as well as other countries. We work with partners that are recognized by the ILT and we apply for an export permit with the ILT per soil batch.

We transport tons of waste on a daily basis. Because of that we are in constant contact with logistical suppliers that are NIWO certified. Bundling different freights allows us to reduce the cost and carbon footprint of the transport, so we can work economic and environmentally friendly. We operationalize advice and coordinate with our clients.
Zoning plan changes and consulting
Still a very current topic because of environmental regulations and soil scarcity for nature reserves, farmland, residential development and industrial land.
We see lots of delayed and labored projects, but with the right approach we can clarify whether or not a project is feasible. We perform a quick scan before the assignment so our clients can be sure to know whether an application for a zoning plan change will work and if so, indicate and preferably decrease the money and time spent on a project.

Let us make a quick analysis of what the shortest, quickest and least expensive solution is. We don’t just consult but are involved in the process from the start. We often propose a ground exchange or other solutions that will satisfy everyone’s needs.

An item that is getting more important in the manufacturing industry. It is not a trend or marketing tool, but by sustainable manufacturing will eventually lead to cost leadership. Within the EU, there are already talks of a VAT tariff that is linked to sustainable manufacturing.

We can support demolition works from the application to the execution and disposal of materials. We work with a circular approach by recycling materials or incineration with energy recovery, only a small part will have to go to a landfill.

Next to that, we trade in alternative fuels from waste products with an R1 status. These are RDF/SRF semi-finished products which are amongst others used in the cement industry.
Buying damaged insurance goods
For insurance companies, we developed a special program which allows us to quickly scan whether or not damaged goods still have some residual value in the circular or recycling proces. If this is not possible, we will look if RDF or SRF is an environmentally and economically more attractive solution than incineration or landfill.
